How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for fragrance oils?
To ensure the purity and quality of our products, we cannot accept returns on fragrance oils once the seal is broken. We highly recommend purchasing our 1oz sample sizes to test scents before committing to larger quantities.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered pricing on many of our products, including waxes, jars, and fragrances. Bulk pricing is automatically applied to your cart when you meet the required quantity thresholds.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive for rapid fulfillment, orders enter our processing system immediately. We can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been sent to our picking team. Please contact customer support via live chat for urgent requests.
Are your fragrance oils phthalate-free?
