At The Flaming Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your candle-making supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all fragrance oils and waxes are tightly sealed.
Ship the Items
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop the package off at your preferred carrier's location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
